At Studio Dizzle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to replace any damaged items and work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Return Window:

We are a small business that custom-designs and prints all of our items. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns on holiday items, apparel, drinkware, candles, or stationery items such as stickers, cards or magnets.

We do offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement.

No Refunds:
We do not provide refunds on purchases due to the made-to-order nature of the items. However, we will gladly offer a replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchanges:

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at studiodizzle@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

  2. Once we receive your request and review the issue, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return and replacement.

  3. If approved, we will send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

At Studio Dizzle, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer the following shipping options for both domestic and international orders:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days

  • FREE Shipping (domestic and International) during special promotions and limited time opportunities.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7-21 business days*. (*Please note that some items may take longer to ship due to specific distributors or holiday schedules.)
     

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Carriers:
We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as USPS & UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your products. You can track your package via the tracking number provided once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:
Studio Dizzle proudly ships internationally! However, please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Studio Dizzle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
