Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Holidays may cause extended delays but you will be notified immediately before and after order is placed if delays are in effect. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
International Shipping

We ship internationally! However, delivery times may vary due to customs and import regulations in your country.

Customs, duties, and taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order is shipped.
Shipping Delays

BohoCentric is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier delays.

In rare cases, customs inspections for international orders may also cause delays, for which we are not responsible.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at bohocentrico@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. BohoCentric is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are not received. Please check with your neighbors or local postal service in such cases. If you have any questions, please reach out to us!
Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. If an error is found after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods. Delivery times may vary.

BohoCentric understands that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. No Refunds Policy
At BohoCentric, we are committed to providing high-quality, fun, funky, and free-spirited apparel and accessories. Please read our No Refunds Policy carefully before making your purchase.

BohoCentric operates on a no-refund policy as our items are made-to-order and we are a small business. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. We also cannot cancel any orders once processed so PLEASE make sure to review your purchase prior to submitting your order. We appreciate your understanding!
Exchanges Only

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges if you are unsatisfied with the fit, color, or size of your product.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customized products, sale items, and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact Us: Email us at bohocentrico@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photo (for any damages or incorrect items) and reason for the exchange.

Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. There is a 15% restocking fee (of the item's purchase price).

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bohocentrico@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
